What kind of identification do I need to provide?

Anyone under the age of 18 is required to have a parent present, and a birth certificate with all names matching current legal I.D.
Can you pierce my child's ears?
If your child is at least 5 years old we will pierce their earlobes.
Ear cartilage piercings can be done at age 13+.

Can I get any piercings besides my ears if I'm not 18?
If you are 13 + I will pierce your Labret, Navel or Nose Piercings.
